April was fantastic from start to finish.
She orchestrated a showing within 24 hours of a request for my first look then coordinated other visits for contractors and to relook the house. She successfully negotiated for the owner to make critical repairs to the house at their expense. April communicated very well through the entire process and provided an extremely smooth process of the purchase. She was willing to do whatever it took to manage a smooth sale. Let's be honest, buying/selling a house can be super stressful but April went to bat for us!
She was so polite and helpful even through my millions of questions. As a first time relatively young buyers, both myself and my wife are deeply appreciative of April and how patient she was with us.
We had gone through a few relators before April and they kind of brushed us off, and after a few showings wouldn't answer our calls/texts/etc. When we got to April we figured we be blown off again, but she stuck with us, showing after showing, and even through some very tough situations that we had with lending, even a botched closing and things taking longer than first thought, and undoubtedly would have made other agents jump ship.
